Cuddletopia!

I hosted my first ever cuddle event this week and it was absolutely amazing! I am so thankful for those that were brave enough to join us for our first event. Everyone was so respectful and thoughtful and held space beautifully for other humans. It was heartwarming to witness others sharing stories of both loss and joy. Giggles were shared. Everyone was included and left feeling supported and the warmth of connection without expectation.

What I love about hosting these events is creating a safe space for others to finally exhale and let go of everything they have been holding. There is no need to perform, and no expectations beyond the present moment. Creating a safe container where consent is followed and honored, and allowing others to explore nurturing, sensual, platonic touch.

If you know me, there will also be moments filled with giggles and laughter. There are opportunities to join in exercises that create connection. How many spoons can we line up in a row? Have you ever felt the joy of someone giggling while laying your head on their belly? Or someone gently playing with your hair?

What touched me most was the person who came out of curiosity, but very nervous about whether or not they would feel included. The answer was a resounding yes, and they were so thankful that they bravely took the chance and chose to join us.

I am hosting both all-gender and ladies only events over the next few weeks, feel free to reach out for details! I would love to cuddle with you!
